3. DESCRIPTION OF OUR SERVICES

IntelliPharm is a vertical SaaS platform designed for African pharmacies. Our Services include:

  • Advanced pharmacy-specific Point of Sale (POS) systems that link every sale to patient records and provide real-time drug interaction alerts.
  • Secure prescription processing, integrating paper and electronic prescriptions.
  • Comprehensive customer and patient management tools.
  • Intelligent inventory and supplier management with AI-driven analytics.
  • Integrated financial management, including Banking-as-a-Service and financing solutions.
  • Reporting, analytics, and regulatory compliance tools.
  • Cloud-based, multi-tenancy infrastructure for scalability and seamless collaboration.

4. ELIGIBILITY AND REGISTRATION

Our Services are designed for pharmacy owners, managers, and authorized staff in Nigeria and across Africa. By registering, you confirm that you meet these requirements.

To access certain features, you must register for an account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to update it as necessary. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.

5. USER RESPONSIBILITIES

You agree to use the Services only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You must not:

  • Use the platform in any way that violates applicable laws or regulations.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services or any related systems.
  • Introduce viruses, malware, or other harmful code.
  • Submit false or misleading data.

6. PAYMENT AND FEES

IntelliPharm offers a free-to-use plan with essential pharmacy management features. In the future, advanced functionalities may be offered under a premium subscription model.

If you subscribe to a premium plan, you agree to pay all applicable fees and taxes. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law.

7. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

All content, software, trademarks, logos, and other intellectual property on our platform belong to IntelliPharm or our licensors. You may not reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our explicit written consent.

8. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

You agree not to:

  • Use the Services to transmit harmful, fraudulent, or malicious content.
  • Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the Services.
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code of our software.
  • Share your account credentials with third parties.

9. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
